Humboldt Medical Clinic is a well-established, patient-focused primary care facility dedicated to serving the healthcare needs of our community.  We are looking for a skilled and motivated Clinic Manager to lead daily operations, support staff performance, and ensure an exceptional patient experience as our clinic continues to grow.
Responsibilities:  Oversee daily clinic operations including staffing, scheduling, patient flow, billing and supply management. Lead hiring, onboarding, coaching and performance evaluations for staff. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy standards and accreditation requirements. Optimize the use of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and other clinic technologies.  Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to improve patient care and service delivery.  Develop and implement policies, workflows, and quality initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiency and patient satisfaction. Qualification:  Strong understanding of medical clinic operations and workflow.  Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
