We are looking for a member focused individual with excellent communication skills and who is not afraid of a challenge to join our Farm & Business team as an Associate, Farm & Business!

As the Associate, Farm & Business you will play an integral role in building full financial relationships with our members. You will provide relationship management support to our Farm and Business Advisors by acting as the primary contact to designated members in the delivery of quality, professional and efficient service. You will seek opportunities to cross-sell credit union products and services while making quality referrals. You will support in-branch Advisors by collecting required information from members, assist in the preparation of credit submissions for approval, prepare instructions and correspondence, process transactions and complete annual reviews.

Post-secondary education in Business or a related discipline with at least 2 to 4 years job-related experience or an equivalent combination is the minimum requirement for this position. You'll have a leg up if you have actual commercial or agricultural background/working experience or other lending experience. *This position is considered full time (37.50 hours/week) for an anticipated term of 4-months, however, the actual length could be shortened or lengthened depending upon organizational requirements.
