Description

The Moose Jaw Co-op is hiring a full-time Operations Representative at our Prairie Plains location in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.

You'll play an essential part in our crop inputs operations keeping things moving efficiently, safely, and professionally. From fertilizer and warehousing to yard maintenance and agronomy support, this position offers variety, responsibility, and the satisfaction of contributing to local agriculture.

You'll have the opportunity to:

Assist operations with fertilizer plant systems including blending, calibrations, and loading/unloading trucks.
Handle crop protection products safely and maintain accurate inventory records.
Support deliveries to customers within the area (minimum Class 5 license required).
Perform maintenance and housekeeping of facilities, vehicles, and equipment.
Assist agronomy staff with in-field support work upon qualification confirmation.
Promote a safe workplace by following Moose Jaw Co-op's safety, environmental, and loss prevention standards.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Class 5 drivers license and a safe driving record required.
Mechanically inclined and comfortable operating forklifts and similar equipment.
Agriculture or warehousing experience preferred but not required.
Eager to learn and gain confidence in the products and services we provide.
Physically capable of performing manual labour, lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working indoors/outdoors.
A self-starter who demonstrates accountability, teamwork, and strong customer focus.
Willing to work additional hours during peak agriculture seasons.
