We are seeking a motivated and results-driven D2D Sales Representative to join our Residential Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our telecommunications products and servicesincluding internet, TV, home phone, and wireless solutionsdirectly to residential customers. You will represent our brand in the community, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets through face-to-face interactions.
General Responsibilities:
-Conduct door-to-door sales in assigned residential areas to promote telecom products and services.
-Present and clearly explain service packages to potential customers, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
-Build strong customer relationships by providing professional, courteous, and knowledgeable service.
-Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.
-Maintain accurate records of sales leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
-Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, pricing, and competitors offerings.
-Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions.
-Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Qualifications & Experience:
-3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role.
-A valid driver's license is required
-Sales and/or marketing experience in the telecommunications field is beneficial.
-University Degree or College Diploma in Business, Marketing or Communications preferred.
-Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and expectations.
-Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision-making.
-Strong communication and presentation skills.
