Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for the outdoors, strong organizational skills, and experience in both landscaping and snow removal? Join our growing team at S & T Property Maintenance Ltd. as a Landscape and Snow Removal Supervisor!

We are a well-established, full-service outdoor maintenance company looking for a motivated and experienced individual to oversee day-to-day field operations, manage crews, and ensure top-quality service to our residential and commercial clientsthrough all four seasons.

Responsibilities Include:

Landscape Season (SpringFall):

Supervise and coordinate landscaping crews on job sites
Ensure quality control, safety, and timely completion of work
Assist with scheduling, planning, and material procurement
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment

Snow Removal Season (Winter):

Oversee snow removal operations (clearing, salting, shoveling)
Dispatch and manage snow crews during weather events
Monitor weather conditions and ensure timely response
Maintain snow equipment and readiness

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in landscaping and/or snow removal
1+ years of supervisory or crew lead experience
Valid drivers license (clean record)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays during snow events
Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
