Description

This position is responsible for coaching and leading a team of operators in safe and efficient day-to-day operating activities.  The Team Shift Lead coordinates the team activities and is responsible for ensuring safe work practices are flawlessly executed, including applying all company policies, procedures and safe work practices. The Team Shift Lead will work closely with the team and location leadership, helping team members understand how their role demonstrates our company values and contributes to success.

Qualifications
At least 1+ years of relevant work experience.  
Proven excellence for following and implementing safe work practices and championing safety behaviors.
Prior leadership experience with the ability to create engaging work environments
Excellent communication skills.
Must have strong attention to detail.  
Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Must possess a continuous improvement mindset

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to lift 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The employee must be able to work from heights and outside in all types of weather as required.
