-Manage customer accounts & provide top notch service
-Prepare accurate and competitive quotes
-Process orders and handle product inquiries
-Support the outside sales team & generate new leads

What we're looking for
-Sales, account management or customer service experience
-Strong organizational & communication skills
-Comfortable using CRM/sales software
-Electrical product knowledge is an asset
