Responsibilities:
- Develop & implement marketing strategies & plans
- Ensure consistent brand presence & adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing efforts
- Execute marketing & advertising initiatives on time & within budget
- Create & deliver monthly presentations to stakeholders, highlighting strategies & results
- Collaborate with Digital Specialist on planning & executing digital marketing campaigns
- Analyze & report on the effectiveness & performance of marketing initiatives
- Provide marketing expertise & updates to operational Associates, ensuring alignment & progress
- Oversee & manage all signage requirements, including updates & installations
- Lead, manage & attend all Resident events & sponsorships
- Manage regional social media including planning, content creation & posting
- Management of all digital assets including photos, floor plans, 3D tours, & virtual staging
- Monitor, manage & report on budgets
- Achieve organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new & different requests & exploring opportunities to add value
Experience & Educational Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business or Communications
- Minimum 2 years experience in marketing, event management, social media & digital marketing
- Content management, project management, & photography/videography experience are assets
