Description

Performs general maintenance work to ensure hotel maintenance quality standards are achieved and maintained. Experience with mechanical equipment, plumbing fixtures, painting, and electrical fixtures are necessary.  Duties to include; minor repairs, and guest room service requests, and snow removal.

High School diploma or equivalent.   A minimum of two years experience to include working in building operations.  General knowledge of machines and maintenance and repair using basic hand and power tools.  Will be required to work in fast paced, stressful environment. Must be available evenings and weekends. May be asked to work overtime.
