Head Chef and Facility Coordinator
McKenna Hall is an auditorium owned by the St. Vincent de Paul Church that is hiring a Facility Coordinator and Head Chef in Weyburn, responsible for cooking and coordinating for McKenna Hall events.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete all catering duties (planning menus, preparation of food, clean up)
Coordinate event bookings.
Meet with Clients to discuss catering requirements and contract.
Order food and supplies for events.
Work with staff and volunteers to ensure a well managed event.
Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3 or more years of experience in a chef role.
Food Handler Safety Course
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
