We are seeking a detail-oriented Quotation Specialist to our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and providing accurate quotations to both current and prospective clients. Your expertise will play a key role in driving our sales process and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare competitive and accurate quotations based on client requirements.
* Collaborate with sales, pricing & procurement teams to gather necessary information.
*Analyze client specifications and pricing models to ensure the best possible quotes.
*Track and follow up on quotes sent to clients to help close sales.
*Maintain an organized database of pricing and quotes for ongoing reference.
*Resolve any pricing discrepancies or issues with clients promptly.
*Assist in creating quote related reports and analysis for management.

Qualifications:
*Proven experience in sales support or quotation role is a plus.
*Strong analytical and numerical aptitude.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
*Highly organized with attention to detail.
