This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) four-year term position commencing in August 2026. The successful candidate will be provided with some release time in the second half of the 2025-2026 school year for training purposes and will provide leadership in the use and ongoing management of MySchoolSask and Edsby across the division.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
Provide division leadership in the use of student information for planning, assessment and reporting.
Coordinate the ongoing use, maintenance and support of MySchoolSask and Edsby.
Provide training, communication and support for school-based staff in collaboration with Curriculum, Education Technology, and Information Services.
Supervise and provide direction to Administrative Assistant Information Systems and SIS HelpDesk positions.
Support data transfer processes to the Ministry of Education and oversee school scheduling.
Collaborate with Administrative Council to ensure alignment of SIS and Edsby practices consistent with division goals.
Provide enrolment projections, data summaries and reports to support planning and decision-making.
Support consistent procedures, documentation and data integrity across schools.
The successful candidate will have:
A valid Saskatchewan teachers certificate.
Experience using and supporting MySchoolSask and Edsby.
Understanding of scheduling, assessment and reporting processes in K12 schools.
