McDougall Gauley is looking for an Office Assistant to join our busy law office in Regina.
Key responsibilities:
Delivery of documents to/from courthouses (filing and issuing documents, picking up disclosures)
Delivery of documents to other firms and banks (including a delivery of bank deposits and cheques)
Closing and boxing files for the off-site storage
Performing word processing tasks and data entry
Providing backup receptionist duties
Performing other clerical tasks as needed: photocopying, scanning, assisting with special projects
Ordering, stocking and organizing supplies
Positions requirements:
Possess a high school diploma
Strong organization skills, attention to detail, ability to follow instructions and work independently
Ability to provide exceptional service to internal and external clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize deliveries, multitask, and thrive in a fast- paced team environment
Flexible and willing to assist with general administrative duties and office functions
