We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead Aberhart Farms and help turn vision into reality. You bring leadership experience in agriculture or agribusiness and are passionate about building teams, systems, and performance.

What Youll Do
Lead and empower the farm team for operational excellence. Drive clarity, accountability, and performance. Turn data into intelligence using JD Operations Center, Harvest Profit, and AgExpert. Build systems through EOS tools such as Rocks, Scorecards, and L10s. Champion innovation that improves efficiency, profitability, and sustainability.
