As a Business Credit Adjudicator, specializing in agriculture and commercial lending, youll play a key role in evaluating and approving credit applications that support the growth and sustainability of our members.

What Youll Do:

Evaluate credit applications for agricultural producers and commercial enterprises by analyzing financials, production cycles, market conditions, and risk factors.
Make informed credit decisions within delegated authority, balancing risk and opportunity.
Collaborate with the farm and business team to understand member needs and structure appropriate credit solutions.
Monitor portfolio performance and proactively identify emerging risks, especially those tied to seasonal, commodity, or economic shifts.
Provide expert recommendations on complex or high value credit applications to senior leaders or credit committee.
Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights on industry trends, credit practices, and risk mitigation approaches.
