Description

Permanent Full-time Group Home worker.  Position includes night hours.
Implement person centered plans, provide person assistance, supports, and supervision, including providing a variety of other daily living needs within a home-like atmosphere and while participating in the community for individuals with varying abilities.
Must provide security for each individual by giving emotional and moral support.  Make available the opportunity for each individual to reach their maximum potential, build their confidence and develop skills and abilities to enhance their independence and quality of life.
Be responsible for operations and upkeep of the individuals' personal effects, the Agency property, facilities, vehicles etc.
