Phillips & Co. is a law firm located just south of downtown Regina at 2100 Scarth Street, Regina, SK. We are located at Haldane House on the corner of Scarth and 13th Avenue. We have a small practice with a wide range of legal services we provide. We are looking for a legal assistant with some prior experience in a law office or the legal field to be able to add to our team.

Role Description
Phillips & Co. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant for a full-time, on-site position based in Regina, SK.

Experience in family law, real estate, civil litigation, wills, estates and/or corporate law of at least 2 years will be preferred. Some training will be provided as well, along with opportunities to learn and grow.

The Legal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lawyers, managing legal documentation, scheduling, and organizing case files. Daily tasks will include drafting correspondence, maintaining client records, handling client communications, and ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines. The role also involves coordinating meetings, performing basic legal research, and assisting with preparations for court filings.

A competitive salary with benefits and free parking will be provided. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications
    Proficiency in Administrative Support, Organization, and Scheduling
    Strong skills in Client Communication, Document Management, and Correspondence Drafting
    Experience with rules compliance, and court filings
    Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    Prior experience in a legal or administrative role is preferred
    Proficiency in the English language is a must
    Criminal Record Check required
