Busted Truck Service - Commercial Truck and Trailer Repair Service.
Applicant will keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems using the following processes:
- Knowledge of Sage 50 and Microsoft 365 systems a definite asset.
- Process all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Prepare payroll biweekly, payroll remittance and T4s.
- Complete monthly account reconciliations.
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
- Knowledge of Mitchell Automotive Repair Software would be definite asset
- Knowledge of Vision Software would be definite asset
- Process excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- In conjunction with our accountants, be responsible for building and producing financial reports.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the team as requested.
