Description

The Good Shepherd Villas is seeking building Maintenance with the personal care home located at 1499 15th Avenue East, Prince Albert.

Maintenance position is responsible for performing routing and preventative maintenance and repairs on the building, furnishings and mechanical equipment.  The successful application must maintain a home-like environment for all residents by respecting the individual needs of each resident at all times.

The successful person must be able to:
-work independently.
-work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
-ability to prioritize multiple tasks and restructure work when necessary.
-ability to follow oral and written instructions.
-must possess good communication and interpersonal skills with fellow staff, residents, family members of residents and our suppliers/vendors.
-must possess a valid Driver's License.
-general knowledge of home repairs required.
