Key qualifications include a university degree in the social sciences, a diploma in law enforcement, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Responsibilities include supervising offenders, leading programming, developing reintegration plans, and responding to incidents using safe and reasonable interventions. Officers work with individuals who may have experienced trauma or face complex needs.
Successful applicants will complete a paid 11-week Induction Training Program starting January 26, 2026.
