This position provides technical/professional engineering support for the management, capital upgrades, and preservation of municipal wastewater and drainage infrastructure. Responsibilities include system analysis, business case and budget preparation, design, administration, operational support, project management, and construction supervision.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
-Provide technical expertise and analysis for wastewater and drainage infrastructure planning, design, construction, maintenance, and asset management.
-Analyze and interpret complex data, processes, and problems to develop solutions and recommendations.
-Manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, and schedule.
-Prepare technical and business reports, public responses, memos, and presentations.
-Develop and maintain corporate construction standards, policies, and operational processes.
-Manage consultant engineering firms and review proposals, schedules, and designs to ensure compliance with City standards.
