Description

MayBell Developments is a faith-based charitable organization dedicated to ending poverty through housing, education, and community. Our first initiative, Lilium Village, provides long-term, transitional housing for single-mother families alongside on-site programs and community support. Guided by our Christian mission, we seek a Caseworker/Housing Coordinator to walk alongside residents through compassionate, relationship-based care.

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead intake and admission processes, including assessments and case planning
* Develop individualized plans that promote family stability, growth, and wellness
* Build authentic, supportive relationships grounded in Christ-like compassion
*Coordinate housing logistics (move-ins, rent, subsidies, and documentation)
* Facilitate or co-facilitate small group programs and community activities
* Advocate for residents and help them navigate community resources and systems
* Maintain relationships with local partners, agencies, and faith communities
* Support residents through transition and post-program follow-up
* Participate in coaching (supervision), team meetings, and professional development

Qualifications:

* Certificate or Degree in Social Work, Human Justice, or related field (a combination of education and applied experience may be considered)
* At least two years' relevant experience in case management, housing, or community support
* Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
* Sensitivity to cultural and socio-economic diversity
* Ability to uphold professional boundaries and relational integrity in a mentorship-based program model
