We are looking for experienced Framers to join our team.

Overview
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Framers to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and framing, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship in log structure projects. Finish carpentry skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Interpret blueprints and schematics to accurately execute framing tasks
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks
Engage in lifting and operation of various equipment when required
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols
Experience

5+ Proven years of experience in framing and any other related construction tasks
Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of construction schematics
Ability to operate equipment safely is desirable
Demonstrates proactive attitude and arrives on time for every shift.
Strong work ethic, committed, and reliable
Carpentry and finishing skills are a plus
