Description

The Ministry of Highways is seeking an Accommodations Support team member for the South Region, based in Prince Albert. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential administrative support services for the region and other areas as needed, contributing to service excellence and innovation. You will join a team that supports a wide range of clients, including ministry staff, executives, branches, divisions, and external stakeholders.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable individual who can manage changing priorities while meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a client-service focus are essential. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs safely and work collaboratively within a team environment.

Key responsibilities include monitoring IT usage, auditing bills and payments, tracking hardware and software, maintaining asset databases, creating service requests, and ensuring boardroom technology is functional.
