Child Protection Worker - Rotational Schedule - Eligibility List

We are seeking dedicated Child Protection Workers for Creighton/Sandy Bay who want to make a difference in the lives of children and families. This unique opportunity offers a flexible work rotation in a Northern location. Over a four-week average period, you will work 11-hour days (Monday to Saturday) with scheduled days off. Staff housing may be provided, and travel time from your home location to Creighton/Sandy Bay may be compensated. While on location, you may also provide Emergency Duty Work in the evenings when required.
Ideal candidates are dynamic, compassionate, and committed to child safety and family well-being. You must be able to work flexible hours, travel extensively, and transport children or parents within the service area. A valid Saskatchewan drivers license is required.
To qualify, you must hold a Bachelor of Social Work, Bachelor of Indian Social Work, or an equivalent Social Work degree from an accredited university approved by the CASSW. Candidates must clearly outline their knowledge, skills, and abilities in their application. Selection will be based on this information.
Responsibilities include delivering protective, preventative, and support services using the Family Centered Case Management Model. You will work directly with families to improve outcomes for children and strengthen family systems.
