Job Summary:

We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Carpenter Helper to assist our carpenters and installers on various projects. The ideal candidate will be motivated, eager to learn, and able to handle physical work in outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist carpenters in measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing materials such as wood, aluminum, or composite

Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment at job sites

Prepare work areas and ensure proper cleanup after each project

Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely under supervision

Support installation of decks, railings, and other structures

Follow instructions and safety procedures at all times

Assist in transporting materials to and from job sites

Perform other general labor tasks as assigned by the lead carpenter or site supervisor

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction or carpentry is an asset

Willingness to learn and take direction

Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is a plus

Reliable transportation to job sites

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and positive attitude

Compensation:

Hourly wage: $18 per hour


On-the-job training provided
