Southeast College is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual for the position of Senior Building Services Worker for an ongoing full-time position located in Estevan.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this position will:
Provide general cleaning, repairs, maintenance, snow removal and lawn care.
Provide estimates for facility budgets and maintain inventories in consultation with supervisor. Determine facility and equipment needs or problems.
Ensure that all security measures are in place for the College.
Provide back-up support to the supervisor for the operation and care for all heating, cooling, ventilating, and generating equipment.
Ensure proper maintenance and cleaning procedures meet the established standards and regulations.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Education & Skills:
Grade 12 or equivalent, and two years' experience in facility maintenance and supervision.
Good working knowledge of computer software
Fireman Boiler Operator Certificate & Refrigeration Plan Operators Certificate is preferred. Condition of employment to attain withing 6
months of start date.
