What Youll Do:
-Help members with everyday banking services like bill payments, deposits, and withdrawals
-Spot opportunities to support members and improve their financial well-being
-Connect members with specialized staff to grow strong relationships
-Solve problems and help members navigate banking challenges
-Pitch in with branch operations and assist with administrative tasks as needed

Who You Are:
Experience in the financial industry is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. We welcome a mix of academic, professional, and volunteer experience. You are a clear communicator, organized, and manage your time well. You thrive as a flexible team player in a fast-paced environment and stay focused on helping every member succeed financially.
