The Role
Camecos supply chain management (SCM) department is seeking a dynamic and results-driven team lead, enablement within our supply chain department. This role focuses on continuous improvement and technology implementation to enhance supply chain efficiency. Our value-driven company thrives in a growth market, supported by a dynamic team culture. As a key member of the Supply Chain team, the Lead, Enablement will work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, BTS, and process owners to standardize and automate supply chain workflows, improve end-to-end supply chain visibility, and leverage technology to achieve business goals.
In this role, you will:
-Lead SAP S4 ERP adoption and optimization in supply chain, ensuring alignment with business needs and operational efficiency.
-Drive digital transformation, integrating AI, machine learning, and IoT across supply chain functions.
-Collaborate with vendors and consultants to assess and implement new supply chain technologies.
-Serve as the main contact for process standardization and technology initiatives, providing leadership and support.
-Demonstrate strong knowledge of supply chain principles (procurement, logistics, inventory, supplier collaboration) within SAP environments.
-Apply advanced analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to translate technical needs into business solutions.
-Implement and optimize digital supply chain tools, including SAP automation and data analytics platforms.
-Develop and deploy analytics dashboards for real-time supply chain visibility and decision support.
-Uphold data governance and quality standards across supply chain systems.
