Description

Provide medical administrative support for a 4-day work week at the Carrot River Medical Clinic to begin December 10, 2025 or earlier.

Experience working in a medical clinic with EMR (electronic medical records), medical billing, payroll, accounts payable, with knowledge in Word, Excel, record keeping, filing, scheduling, interacting with the public in person and on the phone will be an asset. Applicants must have the ability to be self-motivated and communicate well with co-workers and medical professionals. A suggested list of duties and responsibilities is available upon request.

The position offers a competitive wage as well as a benefits package.  This is a 4-day-a-week position and will be filling a minimum of a 6-month medical leave.
Probation period of employment will continue until the completion of 480 hours of employment. Applicants must be bondable.
