Elkridge Resort, a 27-hole championship golf course, is looking for a driven and passionate individual who wants to learn and grow with our resort operation, expanding their career to new heights. Reporting to the Head Golf Professional, the Assistant Golf Professional will assist with overseeing and guiding all aspects of a robust resort golf operation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, knowledge of golf operations, and a passion for the game. They will also be a energetic, service driven and an excellent communicator with strong motivational skills. They will provide a culture where staff are enthusiastic about meeting the needs and enhancing the overall golfing experience for all guests. Golf Operations Management
Staff Leadership
Customer Service/Guest Engagement
Event Management
Pro Shop Operations

Qualifications
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service to members and guests.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets and drive revenue.
PGA of Canada Member in good standing preferred
Experience coordinating tournaments and corporate events
Experience with the Tee-On system an asset but not necessary

Duration: Contract from May 1 to October 31, 2026, with the potential for extension (TBD)

Compensation
$800 - $950 per week based on experience
40  44 hours per week
