Job Description: The PhD Psychologist Senior is responsible for program maintenance and development, coordination and leadership of the pre-doctoral residency and the post-doctoral fellowship educational program. This involves maintaining the current standards for pre and post-doctoral psychology training, regular review and evaluation of the program and providing recommendations for development of the program. They are responsible for providing supervision / coaching to residents and fellows, setting up regular seminar training for the residents and fellows, coordinating and collaborating with public and private organizations to set up/maintain educational rotational opportunities for the residents and fellows. They are responsible for providing orientation and training for new and existing psychologists providing supervision to the residents and fellows; completing site assessments to ensure rotational opportunities meet the standards and needs for the resident and fellows educational requirements

Human Resources Exemption: No

Experience
- Experience developing/implementing/evaluating programs/resources
- Minimum of 2 years experience with clinical supervision
- Experience in applicable policies and procedures
- Experience in providing clinical assessment and interventions
Education
- PhD in Clinical Psychology
