Job Description: The incumbent will provide individual and group counselling to adults, and provide clinical supervision, consultation and training to staff within the Response to Violence Program with Adult Mental Health and Addiction Services. This position reports to the Manager of Response to Violence Program." Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"

Education
- Master of Social Work (MSW)
Experience
- 2 years of experience providing direct offense specific services to perpetrators of violence and sexualized violence, including with child/adolescent victims.
- 1 year of post-graduate experience supervising in a team environment.
Qualifications
- Registered in good standing with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers
- Can provide clinical supervision, consultation and training to MH professionals
Knowledge and Abilities
- Demonstrated competence in social work clinical practice in a MHAS setting.
- Can provide offense specific clinical services.
- Expert knowledge of intimate partner violence treatment modalities
- Expert knowledge of sexualized violence treatment modalities
- Knowledge in adult treatment and intervention techniques
- Knowledge of Domestic Violence Treatment Court process.
