POSITION: School Counsellor

TYPE: Temporary, Part-time (4 days/week) starting as soon as possible until June 30, 2026

LOCATION: 2 days/week in Hafford and 2 days/ week in Maymont

START DATE: December 1, 2025

END DATE: June 30, 2026

SALARY: Prorated to 80% of the annual range of $84,457.34 - $96,937.91, depending on education and experience.

Summary of Position

The mandate of a School Counsellor is to assist and guide students, staff and families to build capacity for working through personal, social or psychological problems and difficulties. This can occur preventatively, (e.g., capacity building, psychoeducational) or remedially (e.g., one-to-one counselling, group counselling).
