Busy construction office requires permanent full-time administrative assistant/customer service representative to share a wide variety of duties including answering phone lines, creating service work orders, posting technicians time to work orders, entering orders, creating & maintaining Excel spreadsheets and assisting customers with parts. Applicant must be experienced in operating a multi-line telephone system and be proficient in Excel & Word programs. Knowledge of Spire Accounting Software and/or Site Docs, would be a definite asset.
