Responsibilities
Seventy-five percent (75%) of your time will be focused on supporting our Consulting Practice with:
The design, development, and refinement of client deliverable reports, documents, and presentations using the Microsoft Office suite of tools including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Twenty-five percent (25%) of your time will be focused on supporting our Consulting Practice with:
Entering, reviewing, and maintaining client accounts and contact information in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform
Reviewing upcoming deadlines and work requirements with the team; coordinating the logistics and flow of work to specific team members (i.e., documents for review/signature)
Preparing and submitting expense reports
Coordinating and scheduling internal and external meeting and appointment logistics and preparing supporting material
Maintaining electronic filing systems
Contributing to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
Working collaboratively with other team members and leadership
Maintain flexibility to work overtime, as necessary
Skills and Experience
1 to 2 years of experience in a professional working environment
Advanced knowledge and experience in the formatting functionalities of the Microsoft Office suite of tools, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Creative & proactive communication skills
Experience creating data visualization & attention for document design & detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience with publishing software considered is considered an asset
Post-secondary education in administration is considered an asset
Creative communications certificate or diploma is considered a strong asset
