Job Description: Assists with treatment programs and application of therapeutic modalities under the direction of a Registered Therapist to restore, maintain and/or enhance the level of functional independence and quality of life of clients/patients/residents.

- This position will be assigned t o a Primary Health Care Network (Regina) within Primary Health Care Services. May be required to provide services in a variety of settings including community meeting places, clinic settings or within a private residence including home visits.
- Must possess a valid Saskatchewan driver's license.
- Position requires access to a vehicle for work.
- Travel required to various community sites, including rural, within the Primary health Care Networks (Regina). Home base for this position is: 204 Wascana Street
