What you'll bring
- 3+ years' experience in an administrative role. Experience in a professional services environment is a bonus.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Sharp attention to detail and a knack for keeping multiple deadlines on track.
- Professionalism, initiative, and the confidence to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Relationship builder whos energized by working with people and excited about delivering tailored support by understanding the unique needs of our team and clients.

How you'll support our professional team
- Play an integral role in supporting staff with day-to-day tasks that improve efficiency, accuracy, and client service.
- Manage client assemblies, including corporate year-end packages and T1/T4/T5 package preparation and filing.
- Provide further support by managing shared email inboxes, being the primary contact for building and parking issues, preparing client correspondence, and supporting the team with a variety of administrative tasks.
- Step in to provide reception coverage as needed, maintaining a polished, client-focused experience at the front desk and on the phones.
