Were looking for a collaborative professional with the technical skills and experience that can lead a diverse team in developing innovative solutions that support Water Security Agencys mission.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to the engineering assessment functions required to understand the state of Water Security Agency (WSA) infrastructure and provide recommendations to inform long-term capital planning and rehabilitation.  You will oversee a team of engineers with backgrounds in the fields of geotechnical, structural and hydrotechnical engineering.

Other responsibilities include developing and implementing risk-based assessment schedules and methodologies, managing, tracking, and reporting assessment activities, as well as providing technical oversight of engineering assessment activities.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Engineering and experience related to infrastructure design and management in the civil fields of geotechnical, structural and hydrotechnical; and 7 years of progressively more responsible directly related experience.
