Job Description:
The Clinical Coordinator, under the direction of the manager, is primarily accountable for the system navigation, supporting unit employee's roles and responsibilities, and coordination of patient flow on the nursing unit. This is achieved by the coordinator having an ongoing awareness and involvement in the workflow of the unit. Duties include bed management, discharge planning, advocating for the patient/family, promote patient safety, identifying supply and equipment needs and assisting with staff scheduling.

Experience:
5 years recent acute care nursing experience, 3 of which must be in the specific clinical are required. Previous supervisory experience asset.
Qualification:
Required Qualification
- Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Nursing
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
- Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
