Working closely with the Manager of Talent Development & Operational Performance, this role contributes to a positive employee experience by assisting in learning and development programs, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR operations. Some duties are:
Support the design, coordination, and delivery of learning and development programs for staff.
Assist with full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Participate in onboarding activities and ensure new employees experience a seamless introduction to the firm.
Provide administrative support for the performance management process, including tracking documentation and timelines.
Maintain HR files, databases, and tracking systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare reports, forms, and materials to support HR initiatives and employee communications.
Respond to general HR inquiries and provide guidance to employees with professionalism and discretion.
Assist with internal engagement activities, HR committee initiatives, and firm-wide events.
Contribute to process improvement efforts that enhance operational performance across HR functions.
