Enter all financial transactions into Quick Books
Prepare monthly financial statements for board meetings
Prepare, pickup, and distribute monthly billet payments
Monthly government fillings - CRA payroll remittance and PST return
Approve bank transfers in conjunction with Office Executive
Prepare and submit GST return quarterly
Prepare and submit annual T4's for employees
Prepare and submit LCT return annually
Complete annual budget with office staff and board members
Other duties as assigned
This is a work from home position with access to a small office space and printer if needed.
