Description

Surface preparation: Cleaning, sweeping, scraping, and sanding floors to prepare them for new material.
Material handling: Loading, unloading, and transporting flooring materials and supplies. Forklift experience would be an asset
Material preparation: Measuring and cutting flooring materials, underlayment, and underpadding.
Assisting installation: Helping with the installation of various flooring types (e.g., carpet, vinyl, hardwood) under the guidance of an experienced installer.
Site maintenance: Keeping the work area clean and organized, and disposing of old materials.
Driver's License: A valid driver's license may be required for traveling to various job sites.
