Were looking for a Director, Corporate Claims Quality Assurance & Training (SGI CANADA) to join our team and take the lead in delivering top-notch Corporate Claims quality assurance program, claims training program and continuous improvement framework for SGI CANADA (SGIC) claims.
Typically, these skills are gained through:
- A four-year degree in Business, Mathematics & Applied Science, or Social Services.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience, including 6 years of leadership and 4 years in claims.
- Expertise in QA methodologies, process improvement, and project management.
- A proven track record of collaboration, innovation, leading change, analyzing data, and delivering strategic insights.
- Outstanding communication, decision-making, and relationship-building skills.
