Description

At d3h Hotels, we create exceptional guest experiences across our Home Hotels and Days Inn Canada properties. Were seeking a Marketing & Content Coordinator to help bring our brands to life through coordinated content, creative storytelling, and consistent digital presence.

Summary
This role supports our multi-property portfolio by managing marketing materials, digital content, social media coordination, and brand standards. The coordinator assists with campaigns, vendor management, online profiles, and content creation across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Source and coordinate marketing materials and brand assets.
Work with photographers, designers, and other vendors.
Assist with social media ideas, asset creation, scheduling, and performance reporting.
Coordinate digital advertising and ensure accuracy and timely deployment.
Support guest experience programs with signage and digital assets.
Manage printed materials including brochures, sales sheets, and campaign collateral.
Create content for newsletters, blogs, websites, and room descriptions.
Maintain online business profiles (Google, Bing, TripAdvisor, OTAs).
Provide updated property information to tourism partners.

Qualifications
Diploma/degree in Marketing or related field; 13 years experience.
Strong writing skills; experience with social media and basic CMS tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and deadlines.
Organized, creative, and detail-oriented.

Skills
Strong communication and understanding of brand consistency.
Comfortable with analytics and KPIs.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; Canva/Adobe an asset.
