Regina Plumbing & heating is growing, and we are looking for a highly organized and meticulous individual to assist our Accounting Administrator. The successful candidate will need to be excellent in communication skills and manage a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. Experience with QuickBooks is preferred, but not necessary.
Duties to assist in the following:
- Customer Invoicing & Deposits
- Collections
- Entering & paying Vendor Invoices
- Payroll
- Visa Statements
- Bank Statements
- Financial Statements
- Other duties as assigned.
