As we continue to expand our services and strengthen our clinical and cultural supports, we are seeking an additional Client Care Lead (CCL) to join our growing team in providing professional clinical and supervisory services to the youth and staff at WBTC on Muskoday First Nation including:
Building positive and supportive relationships with youth
Participating in case management, treatment planning, and empathetic support of youth
Ensuring youth and staff safety
Ensuring the youth receive required medical care
Supporting youth to attend and participate in programming
Monitoring youth and direct reports to ensure policy and procedures are adhered to, and
De-escalation and crisis intervention support
The CCL also leads a team of Youth Support Workers and is responsible for supervisory duties including orientation, guidance and support, scheduling, evaluations, document oversight, employee development, and report writing.
The minimal requirements for this position are:
a Certificate or Diploma in the field of social work, psychology, education, or human services AND three (3) years direct work experience
OR
a Bachelors Degree in the field of social work, psychology, education, or human services AND one (1) year clinical work experience.
Additional requirements include strong leadership and supervisory skills, conflict resolution skills, interpersonal skills, and a high level of emotional intelligence. A valid class 5 drivers license and a clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check are also required.

Wage: Starting at $26.72-$32.20 per hour
