The WASCO PIPE PROTECTION CORPORATION is a leading provider of pipe coating solutions for the oil and gas industry. Our facility is a fast-paced, safety-first environment where we rely on a strong team of dedicated employees. We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as General Labourers.

As a General Labourer, you will play a crucial role in the production process, assisting skilled operators and tradespeople with various tasks throughout the pipe coating process. This is an entry-level position that offers on-the-job training and the opportunity to grow within our company.

Key responsibilities
Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport pipes and other materials throughout the facility.
Production Support: Assist with the preparation and handling of pipes for coating, including cleaning, sandblasting, and masking.
Equipment Operation: Operate hand tools, basic power tools, and potentially larger machinery under supervision.
General Maintenance: Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Safety Adherence: Strictly follow all safety protocols, wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safe work procedures.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
1 year experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial setting
Physically fit and able to perform demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), bending, and standing for extended periods.
A strong work ethic and a positive, safety-conscious attitude.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced industrial environment.
Willingness to work in various weather conditions, as work may take place both indoors and outdoors.
