General Understanding of automotive systems. The ability to use inventory information on a computer screen. Check part numbers and locate them in proper bins. Must be able to communicate effectively in person and on the phone with customers and other departments in dealership. Willing to initiate calls to customer to give and receive information. Must be alert to sales opportunities by taking the time to ask customers questions and provide information as requested about parts and services. Able to work independently, and able to manage his or her time and work flow.
