Customer consultation: Providing detailed information on vehicle features, advantages, and benefits to potential customers.
Vehicle demonstration: Accompanying clients on test drives and showcasing the vehicle's capabilities.
Needs assessment: Working with customers to understand their current and future vehicle requirements.
Product knowledge: Staying up-to-date on new products and being willing to learn about them.
Customer follow-up: Responding to customer inquiries via phone or email and building relationships.
